RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Order Cancellations & Amendments:

You may cancel an order for a full refund up until the order has shipped. if cancelling a pre-order, you can cancel until order is shipped which is usually a day before release.

You have the right to amend your order before it has been shipped by contacting us via email.

Returns & Refunds:

We offer a generous 14 day return If the item is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received. However you will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition received. Pictures will be taken of the product before and after being packaged for proof before sending to courier for delivery.

You will be responsible for the postage label. If we believe that the item has been tampered/Damaged on arrival, then we have the right to deny a refund.

However if you have received a damaged product, it is in our best interest to find a suitable solution to resolve this. So please inform us up to 7 days of being delivered.

Kardix Exchange can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
